Well, while the mailing list exploder was bouncing my message back, I figured out a way to make things work. I'll clean up a patch for this afternoon (must go learning right now).
My machine is now running with a hole at 14-16Mb, yet I can still use almost all of my 96 Mb !
There's still one risky area, though : I had to use one kbyte at (PARAM + 2048 + 256), I hope this won't interfere with the command line.
