SubjectAM is set but AC is clear. why?
Hello guys,

I am curious as to why do we set AM (alignment mask, set in is486:
label of arch/i386/kernel/head.S) bit in CR0
and yet AC bit in EFLAGS seems to be always (i.e. for any task)
clear? I.e. no alignment check is done, AFAIU (U - understand)?

Btw, there is a typo in <asm-i386/processor.h>; in INIT_TSS macro the
word "trace" is spelled as "tace".

regards,
