Remember news.com is dumbed down for the benefit of its readerships average
IQ level.

There are specific reasons a 2.0.36 doesnt exist yet. I actually submitted
one to Linus (about pre12) as a final cut then found we had some stuff that
needed fixing badly that showed up. Once these are buried I will send Linus
another 2.0.36 draft and he'll hopefully either release it or send me a list
of changes he doesnt like to drop out and retest
