Olaf Kirch worked on it. But he has no time anymore. (I think he works
for Caldera now).

Be sure to use at least nfsv3-2.1.74-7.patch.gz, which runs with 2.1.74.
I have had no time to port it to current, but this version fixes the
speed problems against a nfs V3 Server (Digital Unix / Solaris).
