    What' s wrong with my patch? Once somebody will tell me how is able to
    reproduce failed memory allocation even if not OOM I' ll return to work on
    my code.

    My exame is forwarded to 24 Oct so I am still pretty busy, but no problem,
    there' s always time for Linux ;-).
