There is, you can pick up what you need on ftp.dialnet.net:/pub/linux/aic7xxx/boot_disks/5.1.0-final where boot-disks are available for RedHat and Suse.
In ftp.dialnet.net:/pub/linux/aic7xxx/5.1.0 are patches to the 2.0.35 and 2.1.123 kernels. From 2.1.125 and onwards the driver is included in the normal kernels.
