What if micro$not makes a linux distribution and MS Office and markets them to the windoze community? 75% of the linux users would be using only microsnot bloatware which of course would be commercial. linux would no longer be thought of as free, and no one would use any other distribution becasue microsnot would prevent their apps from working on another.

of course they would have to comply with the gpl, but all the have to do is put source for the gpl'd applications that come with it on their ftp site.
