SubjectRE: 2.1.125 Show stopper list: Draft

Alan,

What is the general consensus about OOM? Some people out there think that
having linux so trivially crashable is a bug. Is this "a user space
problem, " an inconvenience or a kernel bug?

Hey list, what's your opinion?

Recently, discussion has gone on involving Andreas and Rik which has not
been "fully resolved." It seems like this issue should be closed as far
as 2.2 is concerned, once and for all.

David
