Very possibly a tulip and/or tulip clone.
Try tulip.c if the chip on the card is Digital or Macronix or.. hmm.. I can't
remember the other clone companies.

If it brags about busmastering and no mention of ne2000 (why did they make pci
ne2000 cards? That's like putting a turtle on a highway. :) )
