SubjectDynaddr functionality in 2.1.x
I see (in 2.1.84) that the dynaddr functionality (from
2.0.3x) is not there for local sockets (only masqueraded
ones). Is anyone working on this, or should I dive in.

(The dynaddr hack rewrites source addresses on
not-yet-connected sockets when the dynamic (ppp-)interface
changes address. This allows TCP sockets to connect when
they bring up a dial-on-demand interface.).
