I'm glad the linux-kernel list is not gated to Usenet. Too much
junk and I think that has been the opinion of the linux-kernel
list masters and the subscribers.

As a sysadmin with quite a few users interested in reading
linux-kernel via their favorite threaded newsreader, I figured I
could just run INN and make a mail to news gateway via my own
subscription to linux-kernel.

This way, my users would be happy, I would continue to
read all of linux-kernel via email, I could smash any
user of mine who got out of hand and AOLers and Usenet
bozos would have no access to what I'm running.

My recollections of fidonet policies on "annoying behavior"
are guiding me here... am I on the right track?

Best Regards,
Eric Hoeltzel
