    Each of the files there is the configuration space for the device with the
    given bus/slot number. A user-mode program can then read the ids and anything
    else of interest and make a pretty listing.

    Will be making a patch against 2.1.55 to make this work, then will start
    in on the usr mode program that does the pretty printing.
