According to a letter posted to the redhat-list, which was supposedly a forwarded letter from Mark Evans, the creator of linuxhq, he has recently been swamped with work as the company he works for in Texas bought another company in California. Therefore, he hasn't had time to maintain it, he got hundreds of emails about it being behind, and so he has taken it down and is releasing the domain name linuxhq.com back to internic (after talking to some other people about maintaining the site and nothing panning out). I can't verify this, it's just what was posted. The real verification will be when internic removes linuxhq.com from the whois database.
