    Yes I looked at that. Doing WAKE_UP_ONE is pretty hard and its something
    to do for the whole kernel not as FreeBSD has done a special case. I don't
    think that will happen until SGI Linux hits the big boxes (with 80 CPU's
    wake_up_one is a requirement ;))
