    Subject2.1.51 diff to stabilize ip_fw.h and remove some warnings on 64-bit machines

    here's a patch that does two things:
    1) stabilizes struct ip_fw so that it's the same on all
    machines.
    2) removes unnecessary long casts in printk's to make the
    alpha compile quiet down a little.
