Here's how it looks when I'm logged in through the modem on ttyS1. The hang happens consistently with pre-2.0.31-5, and happened the one time I tried to boot pre-2.0.31-6. I don't see it at all with 2.0.30, which was running before, in between, and after the attempts with the pre-2.0.31 kernels.
