DEC Tulip+NE2000 (both as modules). It originally was a 3c900
instead of the Tulip, but I swapped to see if things would go smoother.
It seemed to give me less problems, but I'm not so sure, as the problems
continued.

It's not my case, but the machine does some routing. I have IP
masquerading, IP Alias, shaper module, raid145-2.0.30. I run gated, too.
