High !
Great to have a weasel on the harddisk, which is _GREASED_, other weasels sounded very awful..... ;-)
This kernel IS FAST!
By the way:
Compiling was nearly optimum, only some not _really_ needed (by me...) feature brokes:
inode.c: In function `romfs_read_super': inode.c:119: structure has no member named `s_mounted' inode.c: At top level: inode.c:450: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type inode.c:481: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type inode.c:579: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type inode.c:581: warning: initialization from incompatible pointer type make[2]: *** [inode.o] Error 1 make[2]: Leaving directory `/home/sysdata/v2.1.45/linux/fs/romfs' make[1]: *** [modules] Error 2 make[1]: Leaving directory `/home/sysdata/v2.1.45/linux/fs' make: *** [modules] Error 2
The other thing, which is more bad to me:
doing an "depmod -a" leads to:
/lib/modules/2.1.45/misc/msdos.o: unresolved symbol(s) /lib/modules/2.1.45/misc/minix.o: unresolved symbol(s) /lib/modules/2.1.45/misc/isofs.o: unresolved symbol(s) /lib/modules/2.1.45/misc/fat.o: unresolved symbol(s)
Therefore I cannot use msdos/minix/isofs(CDROM) and fat filesystems.....
Any quick'n'dirty hack/trick to remove this problem???
KEEP HACKING! meino
