We dropped some stuff pci from the last prepatch because it wasn't
patching into the tree cleanly, and was preventing the kernel from
compiling. If we get a clean patch it should go in. (For all I know
David has already been sent the patch, but I don't remember seeing
anything in the CVS tree.)
