SubjectRe: Proposed Linux Module Parameter HOWTO
    From hartr@interweft.com.au Sat Apr 5 17:44:37 1997
From: Robert Hart <hartr@interweft.com.au>

It appears that there there is no single document for the Linux kernel
modules that defines for each module the possible paramaters, parameter
names and possible values etc.

I am interested in creating such a HOWTO but want to know if anyone
else is already working on this before I start.

There would be a large overlap with the BootPrompt HOWTO
(and bootparam(7)), I think.

In case you write something, try to do it in such a way
that one could automatically extract a concise man page
moduleparam(7) [meant for someone who doesnt want to see
twenty pages of talking, but just needs the syntax of a
single command].
