Alexey Kuznetsov's (<kuznet@ms2.inr.ac.ru>) port of TI RPC for Linux
includes a TLI emulation Layer for linux. It should be available at
ftp.inr.ac.ru:/TIRPC/ . It might need kernel patches or a 2.1.x, x>=10 or so
kernel to work properly.

Another, more simple, TLI emulation library is included with the mars_nwe
server.
