There's still two outstanding fixes on what to do with packets when the routes disappear temprorarily. I'm still waiting for Alexy to come back so we can settle the "right" fix for these. One of these will lead to lost FIN packets, the other will lead to short stalls in a sufficiently bizzare routing environment (lots of dynamic changes to the routing table, physical links dying and getting reasserted quickly.)
