Hey Tom!

This is commercial OSF/Motif (in original). You should buy it.
Look up: www.xinside.com www.caldera.com www.delix.de www.suse.de

The product is called Metrolink Motif and is the most common
Toolkit for professional X11 applications. It is a runtime only
and a full development package avaible.
Most recent Version for Linux is 2.0/elf.

Perhaps you reach the goal with a FreeWare Look-a-likes: MooTif or Lesstif.
I have no expierience with the Free tries. I heard the Free ones cover
Motif V1.2 which is outdated today. (These are not enough to run
Star Office!)
