Hmmm, this is more likely to be "2^20 vs 10^6" related disease :)

Are you sure the total memory is 132mb? Or did
you divided MS-DOZE report (132xxxyyy bytes) by 1000 and
get 132M.

Typical SIMM motherboard layout is as follows:

Bank 0 Bank 1
64M x 2 + 2M x 2 = 132M
32M x 4 + 1M x 4 = 132M

64M x 2 = 128M
32M x 4 = 128M

Re-check your DIMM/SIMM configuration, and put the correct mem=xxxM.
