I was getting these on a system running 2.0.27 I replaced the ram and they went away, the system was stable up til a few days ago...

Seems like disk corruption? These things come in really fast with 2.0.29 too. It seems to happen often when I don't have swap (single user mode...) and can crash while fsck'ing.
