Hi, When I'm using kernel 2.0.27 or 2.0.28 all processes using an smbmounted filesystem will lock forever in smb_lock_kernel() in linux/fs/smbfs/proc.c We have an OS/2 2.1 server. When I'm using 2.0.26 everything works fine. So I integrated the smbfs-tree from 2.0.26 into the 2.0.28 kernel source tree and it worked. Has anybody made similar experiences ?
CONFIG_SMB_FS=m # CONFIG_SMB_WIN95 is not set
