Personally, it doesn't bother me to see an occasional newbie question.  
In particular if there was a dedicated newbie list, I doubt there would 
be many "experts" that would be on the list (Much less answer their 
questions).  I thought that Yoavs comments were a bit extreme.  If I see 
a newbie question (Or even 2 or 3) and I do not want to answer.  I don't ...
