If an "anti-virus shareware provider" says it's a virus then it surely is
a virus. After all, it is very likely that the "anti-virus shareware
provider makes virii" so that it can continue with the business of making
"anti-virus" software.

For many years (over 20), I ran a BBS System, the PROGRAM EXCHANGE. It
started out as a CP/M BBS and eventually became a PC/XT then PC/AT, etc.
Eventually it became obsolete. I was quite disturbed when I found
out that several of the programs that contained virii were uploaded by
so called anti-virus developers. I documented and reported my findings to
the FCC which declared that they didn't have any authority in this area.
One of the major reasons I discontinued BBS operation was that my BBS
System was being used to propagate virii by so-called anti-virus
shareware developers.
