Hello, All !
Got a lot of "fork: not enough memory" errors running different applications. This is really strange. This is "free" results:
[vps@unicorn]~/ICQJava$ free total used free shared buffers cached Mem: 30856 30120 736 12052 3736 9864 -/+ buffers/cache: 16520 14336 Swap: 54776 21544 33232
I tried to reexecute ICQ after it got SIGSEGV ( so it was in memory about 1 minute ago ! )
A large lot of swap is free ! Why not to swap something out ? The system was idle. Killing running netscape didn't solve the problem. Actually, this solved in some time automatically. Really strange...
Trying to run something just returned the error above without trying to fill the memory is free ( I have xsysinfo running ... )
Kernel : 2.1.65
