Huh? IRQ 2 and 9 are the same thing aren't they? That's the cascade
interrupt - a relic from the move from PC XT to AT when they went
from 8 to 16 (Wow!) hardware interrupts.

So I can't see that this patch is necessary - maybe I'm just being dense
though.
