SubjectAlpha AXP
Hi I just dusted off my pre-historic alpha 21066 pci33 and tryed running
linux on it. I have couple of weird questions for you...

I have upgraded to the latest gcc, glibc and all other cool tools kernel
2.1.62. Running the board at 233 MHz with 256 K cache. (aprox 224 bogo
mips).

And now the questions:

1. How come it is slower than my old 486 DX 33 (is it suposed to be soooo
slooow)?

2. I am getting whole bunch of following warrning messages while compiling
kernels, Is there a way to make a clean kernel compile on alpha?

(__r16 might be used un initialized in this function)

Thanks.
