    Are you locked up, or can you get an alt-scrolllock register dump? If
    you can, do a few register dumps and look up the addresses in your
    System.map, so we can see where the system is.

    If it's looping in kswapd, I have a patch that will probably fix it
    (posted a while back against 2.1.53).
