My 2.1.24 system hung during the night - not completely (did respond to keyboard input), but no new processes could start. The scroll-lock memory dump looked normal (sorry - didn't write it down), but there appeared to be a *lot* of crond's running After a reboot, the log only had the following: Jan 29 23:50:48 osiris pppd[255]: Connection terminated.
