Actually I only use it for a second drive,cdrom,tape drive, and my MO disk.
My real Hard drive is an IDE drive spinning at 1200 rpm.. Did I forget to mention I own a laptop(486 66). The scsi controller is in my docking station so I get to have real fun. HA.
O well just had to reply. And the real answer is about 30 minutes or so to recompile the kernel.
