Well first, think 80 chars wide, and no more.

Second, no, I don't think they are, but there is also Shift-PageUp,
Shift-PageDown, Ctrl-ScrollLock, AltGr-ScrollLock (right alt),
Shift-ScrollLock, Alt-PrintScreen. Maybe there's more ....
