In drivers/char/pcxx.c, the tty device is called "cud", and the
callout device is called "ttyD". Should that not be the other
way around?

Next, here's a piece of my dmesg from this morning (it happens
on every morning, mind :)

Partition check:
hda:Started kswapd v 1.4.2.2
hda1 hda2 hda3 hda4 < hda5 hda6 hda7 >

This drives me mad :)))

Can't we get kswapd to shut up when it starts? It's not as if
the startup message has any importance (apart from the version
no. perhaps.)
