Subject1.2.13 kernel errors

Hello, 

I'm having difficulty compiling a new linux-1.2.13 kernel. If anyone can help me out I would be very appreciative.

I installed a clean Slakware 3.0 system, and began to have problems compiling a new kernel. I ran the linuxelf-1.2.13-patch, installed ppp-2.2.0f.beta5 (ran configure & the patches from the Other.patches directory), and ran the io.h-patch

I'm at a point where I cannot get past this error:
