SubjectIP tunneling and encryption?
Date
From
Hi

I'm contemplating playing around with IP tunneling, but I'm missing a _very_
obvious thing: some encryption hooks (like those in the loop blockdev). I
think this is so obvious, that somebody must have implemented it already;
otherwise - would it be hard to do? AFAIK, one would just add an extra option
to the setup, and hook an encryption/decryption call to the points in the code
where the original data is copied to/from the new socket buffer. Are there any
more issues here?
