Just for the record: I also have a MS Natural Keyboard and I have upgraded to all of the 1.3.9x kernels (up 'til 1.3.94). None of them gave me any problems with the keyboard.
I noted though, that the keyboard is very sensitive to defective cabling. One of my friends has a MS NK and he complains about random lock ups, when he accidentally touches the keyboard connector; even re-seating the connector does not help in this case and you need to perform a complete restart of the system.
