SubjectCrash with 1.3.78
Date
I am not sure what caused this crash, but I have gotten similar crashes with other 1.3.7x kernels that I have tried and thought I would post this one along with my current system configuration to see it if helps anyone figure out what is going on. I have since reverted back to 1.3.59 for this server. Any ideas on what is causing this would be appreciated. I am considering adding another 16 MB of Ram, but I don't think this is the problem.

System:
AMD 486-133 (5x86 series)
HOT 433 PCI/ISA Motherboard (No ISA cards installed)
3 COM 3C595-TX 'Vortex' PCI 10/100Base-T (Running 10Base-T)
Adaptec 2940 SCSI Controller
Trident PCI 9440 (Generic Card)

(2) 4.3 GB Seagate Hawk SCSI drives
(2) 16 MB Simms (32MB)
100MB Swap partition on the 1.2GB Conner.
MD in Linear Mode on the (2) 4.3GB SCSI drives mounted on /var/spool/news
