Are you sure that the mqueue isn't running, mailq dosent tell you that
it's being sent now, look for a Sendmail: running queue: /var/spool/mqueue,
or the actual sendmail connected to where ever the mail is going. If you
are sure it's not going, and should be, run 'sendmail -q' this makes
sendmail try to send now (-q <number> sets the time between running the
last, and next queue).
