I guess that it can be commented out in the keyboard driver, so the error
won't appear. Apparently, Linux doesn't like lots of keys (especially
nonprintable ones) being pressed at once. However, it takes a licking and
keeps right on moving after issuing the error. I'll forward a message
that I recieved to you - if you really don't like the error, you should be
able to make it disappear.

Win95 isn't the problem - OS/2 and DOS are. Win95 is the answer.
