Running a 486 with 16M ram primary function is a dialup PPP server, also
does UUCP (and Smail).

:Linux dialin1 2.0.18 #3 Wed Sep 18 12:09:21 GMT 1996 i486:

Have recently had some crashing right when running a backup to a Traven
(ftape) drive, and also noted the LOTS of the following in syslog:

I have rebooted and force run e2fsck, (1.05) but it still does it.

Nov 12 18:56:05 dialin1 kernel: EXT2-fs error (device 03:01):
ext2_write_inode: bad inode number: 0

(ad nauseum)

Any suggestions? I've heard ppp in 2.0.24 is bad or I would bump to that..
